Product content at scale

Content generation at scale means product descriptions, category copy, metadata and alt text are created from the data you already hold in the business system, rather than written by hand or invented by a model. The benefit is largest in e-commerce with thousands of items where half lack a description, which is both a conversion problem and a search problem.

Facts in, copy out

The model is never allowed to guess specifications. It receives the structured fields, the material, the dimensions and the category, and the task of expressing them as readable copy in your voice. A missing field is omitted rather than filled with something plausible. That is the line between useful and dangerous in product content.

Voice and template

Before anything is generated in volume, a handful of descriptions are written by hand as references and used as the template for the rest. That produces a consistent voice across the catalogue, which hand-written content from five people rarely does.

Review in a sane quantity

Reviewing ten thousand descriptions is not possible. What works is reviewing a sample per product category, correcting the template where it misfires and rerunning that category. After a couple of rounds quality is stable and review can be limited to new categories.

Common questions about this service

Does Google penalise AI-generated content?

Google judges whether content is useful, not how it was produced. Thin copy repeating the same template with no real information ranks poorly whether a person or a model wrote it. Generated product content grounded in real specifications that answers a buyer’s questions therefore normally performs perfectly well.

Can you rewrite our existing catalogue?

Yes, and it is the most common version of this work. Existing copy is used as input alongside the structured fields, which preserves the information that only exists in the old text. The result goes through a review step before being written back, so nothing is replaced unseen.
