Part ofAI automation
Customer support and ticketing
Automated ticket handling reads incoming email and form submissions, works out what the ticket is about, places it in the right queue and drafts a reply based on your own guidelines and previous answers. The agent reviews and sends rather than starting from an empty field, which is where the time saving sits. Fully automatic replies are used only on ticket types where a wrong answer is cheap to correct.
Routing before answering
The first step is classification: what the ticket is about, how urgent it is, and which group owns it. That alone removes manual triage, which in most organisations is a full time job spread across five people. Classification is measured against how tickets were actually reassigned, so accuracy is known rather than claimed.
Drafts from your own answers
The draft is written from retrieved sources: your guidelines, terms and previously answered tickets of the same type. The model is not allowed to answer freely, which keeps the tone yours rather than a generic support voice, and means any reply can be traced to the document it was built from.
Where the line sits
Questions about delivery status or opening hours can be answered automatically. Complaints, contract questions and anything involving money always go through a person. That line is set as an explicit list when the flow is built, not by the model exercising judgement in the moment.
Common questions about this service
Will customers notice the reply was written by AI?
Not if an agent reviews before sending, which is the default setup. The draft is built from your previous answers, so the tone is yours. For ticket types answered fully automatically I recommend saying so in the reply, both because it is honest and because the customer then knows they can ask for a person.
Does it work with our current helpdesk?
Usually yes. The flow connects by API or webhook to the system you already run, and writes classification and drafts back as fields or internal notes. Where no API exists it can work against the mailbox instead, which is slower but perfectly usable.
